Lucy has been at BARC for over a year now, and although she receives all the care and attention we can give her, it's just not the same as having a loving home. We cannot understand why she is still with us. Poor Lucy gets overlooked, she is a middle ages girl but you wouldn't know it...she really has a zest for life!!!She loves to play and loves nothing more than a cuddle with the volunteers.
